This year we celebrate the Eagles Mere Gatherings 10th anniversary.
Yeap, it was 10 years ago in 1999 that I hosted the first gathering at
Eagles Mere.
This year we have made a few changes in order to make it easier for
people to attend the gathering and still be home with their families
for Halloween.
The dates for this year's event are set for Friday, October 24th
through Tuesday October 28th. It's a long weekend, 5 days/4 night
event held at The Lodge in Eagles Mere, Pa.
Eagles Mere, situated high in the beautiful "Endless
Mountains" of northeastern Pennsylvania, was developed in the 1800's
as a resort for wealthy Philadelphians. They came to the mountain for
the cool clean air and crystal clear waters of the mile long lake.
Eagles Mere remains much the same as it did years ago when the pace of
life was more peaceful and less stressful.
The Lodge is a beautiful three-story log cabin that offers rustic
comfort for forty guests. It's accommodations include 9 bedrooms, 4
full bathrooms/2 half baths, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry
room. It also offers a large hot tub that will seat eight comfortably,
a pool table, ping-pong table and television with VCR and DVD player.
All sleeping arrangements are dormitory style.

The EM gathering is a social event. You must be 18 to attend, 21 to
drink. And because it is so difficult for some to find or afford
sitters, Saturday/Sunday those under 18 are welcome to attend with
their parents. Saturday noon through Sunday 3PM Only!
You can expect to find an array of unscheduled discussions on topics
like Meditation, Atral Travel,Shielding,Feeding Techniques
and Safety issues for both Psi and Sanguine, Mental and Dream Shifting
and Starseeds. There are tours of both the lake and the village upon
request, a Munchkin Tournament, and Ghost Hunting.
On Saturday evening October 25th from 9pm till whenever we will be
hosting a Halloween Party at the lodge . Plan to Dress to Impress,
Costumes, Club Wear, Ect. Costume Contest at 10:pm - Prizes will be
awarded
The cost of this year's fall gathering will be $200 per person and
covers your lodging and meals for the entire event. If you wish to
attend for just Saturday/Sunday your cost is $150 for those 18 and
over, for children attending with their parents is $30
The deadline to have your money to me is September 12th 2008. If you
need to make payments I can do that just so long as your money is to
