Which Anitia Blake book would you like to see as a movie? Do you have any preference as to who plays who?

I want the only book that I've gotten my hands on turned into one. Cerulean Sins. *drools* Good good book. Nice plot twists, too. But I agree with Lupey... All should be made, so people don't get confuzzled. Do it like the Harry Potter movies, just with less suckiness, and more actually following the books. ^_^

From the Killing Dance on they would be considered porn.

A lot of the books would make excellent movies, however I agree with Mairi the last couple of books make into movies would have to be X rated.

to take the "blatant" sex out of the movies would short circuit Laural's style but if the right director does it .... how about Tim Burton? As for the actress who plays Anita the model/actress who posed for the part would be good, but I think she's too tall. ... Jody Foster in a black wig? Better yet who to play Richard and Jean-Claude?

I personally think that you couldn't make just one movie. It would require at least 3 in order to accurately capture the intertwining relationships she has with not just the vamps but all the were creatures as well.So with that being said,I would personally start with Guilty Pleasures. As for casting the parts, here are my choices.
Anita:Christine Applegate or Catherine Zeta Jones
Jean Claude:Johnny Depp
Edward:Stephen Baldwin
Richard:Hugh Jackman
Thats just who I've come up with at the top of my head.
PEACE OUT

If the actress who posed for the portraits wanted the part someone might thing that would keep everyone in mind of the books but ... I understand she's not that great of an actress and she is WAY too tall (she's almost 6') I can't see Christine Applegate in this ... maybe Wynona Ryder? She's got the (lack of) height AND the attitude! (anyone see Alien Ressurection?) Jonny Depp might be the perfect actor for Jean Claude .. he certainly can pull of dark and dangerous one second and sexy as hell the next! My only objection to Hugh Jackman is the dark hair ... he wouldn't look good with a blond wig ... and he's not quite handsome enough thought as the werewolf part ... grrrrrrrr
