As many of you know I moderate several groups on Yahoo and I have noticed a slow decline in posting over the past several years. When asked some say its because Kin are tired of the drama perpetuated in thise groups that has cause the decline in posting. And others will say that their real life has sped up to such a point that it makes it impossible to spend any time online.
Any one have any thoughts as to what the real reason might be? Is your real life so active these days that you have little to no time to spend online as you once did? Or are you sick and tired of all the online drama that you simply have nothing to say?

IMO, the market has become saturated. It seems that Kin is in. There are more and more groups opening up,and more groups allowing some pretty radical things. Stuff you don't find in veteran groups. So you go where it's hip and cool to be. Elix

I agree, I don't think it's the drama that keeps people away (It tends to have the opposite effect somehow). I can't explain the behaviour of others, but personally, with work&school and being a little Shepherdstown socialite, I don't get on the net much.

I personally spend most of my time on the computer. I don't have much of a "real life." For the most part, it's by choice.
However, lately I've been away from the computer alot more than usual. After a while, you just get bored with certain things and want to try something new.

Thus far, I haven't seen a lot of drama here. To me it is a good thing. I was on another site a lot for a while, but it was all drama. If I want a soap opera, I'll turn on the telly for it. I like the lack of drama here. As for time I have three children, a house and a full time job. I have been trying to get in here a bit more. Please be patient with me.
