That's what I hear from a friend of mine in Ireland. I honestly haven't heard of them but plan to look for their music online.

If you watch anime (don't ask me which ones, cause I don't remember), Nightwish does some opening and closing themesongs for the english versions.. Like, 10th Man Down and Crownless have been used, to my knowledge. I only know, cause one of my friends has it on his JPop mix cd, which confused me to all get out. Oh, and they're coming to US for a tour *happy dances*

I finally purchased 2 of their CD's and I'm hooked. Great sound!! I wish I had discovered them sooner.

After reading all this I decided I had to check out this band for myself. Wow! I mean, wow! I was floored by how complex their music is. It's ethereal, gothic, but at the same time has the rock opera flair of Queen. I absolutely love this group! Right now I can't decide if my favorite tune is Dark Chest Of Wonders, or Romanticide. I've got to find more now. LOL
