We are getting together over Memorial Weekend to attend Dracula's Ball in Philadelphia, Pa and then staying over to make a weekend of it. The dates are May 28th, 29th and 30th making a great 3 day weekend.
Our thoughts are that Sunday and Monday following Dracula's ball, we plan to go touring the historical sites of Philadelphia. A few places like: The Mutter's Museum, Liberty Bell (Independence Mall) The Art Museum, South Street Shops, New Hope ,perhaps get in a tour of Eastern State Penitentiary (if time allows) or even go to Old New Castle, in Delaware......I hear it's an awesome place. We might be able to fit in a few old cemeteries as well to explore.
I've reserved suites with Microtel in West Chester. The cost of this weekend is $95.00 per person and this includes your ticket to Dracula's Ball. If your not attending the ball then the cost is $10 less. And the deadline to get your money to me is May 15th. You can use Pay Pal(keeperoflegends@shadowlore.net)
Or you can send a check or money order to Mairi LaPier Grave Promotions 761 Plymouth Street Apt 27 Stephens City, Va. 22655.

The DE, NJ, PA Branch would like to extend invite to/ or upate anyone interested in joining us Memorial Day Weekend in Philadelphia, PA!!
Getting together on Sat the 28th, we will be staying at a great hotel in West Chester, PA for three days (only $95), see Mairi for details ...and these are the plans so far:
Sat night- eat at PF Changs, or if the lot decides on another type of food, we will dine in the W. Chester area Sunday day- we will be going to Old New Castle, DE, once the state capitol, and also once a part of PA, this state's first historic city offers us tours, sights, cemetaries, and a liesurely afternoon. We will walk at our own pace, get some history on the area, and picnic with the dead in the oldest cemetary in town. Sunday night- after prepping in our duds for Draculas Ball, this evening, we will head on up to Philly to eat and meet at Beau Monde, perhaps walk South St. for a bit, and then head on over to Dracula's Ball. Tickets can be inquired about with Mairi or Acacia. Monday- we will tour around local Philly historic spoits, including Eastern State Penitentiary, and Laurel Hill Cemetary. WE may also include other tours, but this will depend upon time availability. Dinner will be as cheap as possible for those with tight wallets/purses. Tuesday morning- we will meet for breakfast, and depart
Now, Acacia and I are going to fine tune this a little more, but this is the general gist...all are welcome and encouraged!! If you already plan on attending the Ball, let us know, maybe we can all meet.
