I thought it would be cool to talk about the kin we know. Like actually know that we hang out with, and not just chat on-line with. Any kin that you have had face to face meetings with.
Ok, here's my list:
A Troll, actually a family of them.
2 elves
3 dwarves
1 dragon
1 ogre
1 psi-vamp/therian
1 orc...I know, orc is a Tolkein term and I can't find anything pre-dating Tolkein. But for use of a better term.
The last is not really kin, she just really looks like an orc. The others are. Most of them are people that I have grown with. The dragon and one of the dwarves are like my brothers. We awakened at the same time, we all grew at the same time, and I have know them both for over 15 years.
The troll, well, I married a troll.
I guess I am just curious on how many kin do we know personally. So many out there say they are alone or they have no one to hang with. Well on the SL board there are over 500 members. So where are all of them??
