It seems for a while now, a couple of months, I've been astral traveling. Of course, when I wake up I can't remember where I've been, grrr, very annoying! I think I've been out in the ether because when I wake up I'm extremely groggy, unfocused. It seems my whole equilibrium is off. All my senses seem to be out of whack. Kind of like being drunk but I know there's no alcohol in my system. Also, I thought at first maybe my blood sugar is off or something. I've been to the doctor, had tests and I'm fine. The thing that bugs me the most about this is, the feeling of my equilibrium being off lasts like all day and it really interferes with things I have to do, I seem to be worthless for the whole day. Is there anything I can do to help with this feeling to make it easier to function?

This may or may not help; Center yourself before bed time and try to 'root' into this plane while doing so. Stoping eating sweets before bed *eye balls you* yes you! It can often give your other self too much engery. So it goes wandering. Cinnomon. Don't give me that look. Could be that you are becoming uncomportable in your skin. So you go wandering while the body isn't paying attention. If you can add cinnomon to your diet, it will help comport and settle you down. Also very good for the digestion. Also it's good for rooting and settling down.

it does work or, sit quietly and concentrate on your breathing and take slow, deep breaths in and out. then, empty your mind of all thoughts.
it usually works for me and it helps get a good night's sleep.
