usually when an individual claims to that it is usually in reference to another question, and almost always it is about the mythical bad temper or hot headiness.
Which is absolute nonsense. there is no outright way to tell if they are or are not, unless people are sensitive to such things. Most dragons tend to be heavily built and abnormally strong. be it mentally or physically, The also have a care free attitude until someone or thing affects an issue close to home, the tend to be very loyal people and not seeing friends for long periods does not effect that friendship, but once scorned they never trust again.
We can be hot headed, and bad tempered, but not all are a bit like saying all Vampires are narcissistic, self promoting, ignorant blood drinkers. or all elf's are war like mongrels with no diplomacy.

my draconic nature doesn't show much any more unless I'm in a healing circle. For me, being dragon is more an astral thing. I had 'phantom limb syndorme' when I first became aware of my draconic side, but it went away.
The meaning of being a dragon, to me, has included a greater portion of patience with folks around me, a bit more self confidence, and more work in the astral realms. Other than that, it hasn't affected much of my life.
