How often do you experience dream shifting? Do you remember then? Do you feel that they are in some way controled by the moons cycle? Do you feel the affects of the dream shift the next morning and if so what are the affects if any?

Hmm...it's hard to say how often. I remember some of them, but a lot of them I recall when I wake up, but they're forgotten within an hour. I don't think the moon has anything to do with it. Stress might. No aftereffects.

it varies, twice a week sometimes then it can go to months until another one. Yes, i remember them when i awake. i dont believe they are affected by the moons cycle and when i awake their are no after effects for me. Although the moon does affect me but not my dream shifting.

I don't have any after affects, but sometimes the day after I have a dream shift I will have a mental shift. Has anyone only half way gone into their phenotype during a dream shift?

I've had a few where I'm in a human body, but moving and thinking like a wolf, lol....dream-mental-shifts? Except I can do things I wouldn't be able to do IRL like run swiftly on all fours.

While talking about this with a friend I realize that I never dream about the shifting process but seem to just move from human form right into my animal where as he actual dreams of the shift itself.
I wonder if there is any significances in that or just a quirk?

Well, this brings up some interesting things for me. I don't remember any dream shifting. However, there are times when i wake up and my arm really hurts or my back or i have marks on my body that weren't there the day before. The pains are more than just age related, they are muscle strains, sprangs and the like. When I dream they are very vivid dreams and most always have a form of animal in them. Never really thought to much about it, other than the odd leftovers, if you will. lol Kelly

i dream shift often but not in any set time frame. it is sudden and i am wolf seeing thru the wolfs eyes. i have also only partially shifted in a few dreams where i was half human. i had those when i was just starting to awaken. my dream shifts are usualy very vivid and i remember most of them. i feel some pain when i awaken on ocassion and it can be severe but most of the time i have no affects but i do take longer to wake up after a dream shift.
