What is your take on being Kin and being magikally inclined? Do you feel it comes perhaps more naturally to us than to say someone who is non-kin? Or is it because we are so discriminated against anyhow we naturally chose the alternative path?
Why are there so many Kindred Witches?

I can't answer this question from the viewpoint of NOT being "Otherkin". I don't even know anyone, closely, who is not Otherkin or at least awakened to a higher sensibility. I just don't associate with "muggles". It is my opinion that the fact that so many Otherkin take the ways of magic instead of or in addition to conventional religion is the very nature of being Otherkin. Those of us who identify with what conventional society would call "mythical" creatures puts us, automatically, in the realm of magic. It is natural here to use will, concentration and desire to accomplish things in a non-ordinary fashion. Also, for me, it is hereditary. I was born into a family of "practical witches" even though they did not call what they did witchcraft I have come to learn that is exactly what it is.
