How do you deal with your anger issues? Do you have a way of working off steam or do you take it out on those you love?

I'm not sure I have any anger issues...I get angry, but generally for a good reason....how I react depends on what I'm angry about. I guess I don't hold onto it. <shrug>

Winged, that is the healthiest response I could have hoped to see. Well done, good communicating. Superb understanding of the balance needed when hosting Human emotions.

It sounds that way...however, my processing of intense emotions has been altered, so I'm not sure how NORMAL my response is, lol..... Nor do I remember how I dealt with them before that....I wasn't actually very emotional at all.....<shrugs helplessly>
It IS good to deal with emotions when you experience them, whenever possible...I'm not sure whether everyone can let go of them entirely at that point, though. For me, they're literally gone after that, so letting go is no issue...there's nothing left to let go of.

Emotions are a divine way to connect with your Self on a deeper level. Instead of letting your emotions make you feel shame or fear or guilt, allow yourself to see the emotion from a different level, from the level of a Guide perhaps, and see how that emotion may help you learn a lesson about yourself.
Emotions are wonderful, including anger, as anger is a direct way for us to understand our own personal limitations, as well it being a good mirror for us to look at ourselves through, to understand what about ourselves makes us angry.

I definitely agree with the idea of respecting emotions, and learning from them, rather than seeing them merely as something to be controlled or dominated, or something that controls us.
