If you seek instruction in Wicca/Paganism I suggest strongly you go out into your own community and meet like minded people. Go to New Age bookstores, mingle with the people roaming about. Sign up for seminars on Herbology or Aromatherapy. You create your own reality, so send a message into the Universe, with a deep breathe and the implied knowledge that you WILL meet the people you are meant to and experience the things you are meant to.
